Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within [3–5] business days. Because we operate on a limited-release "drop" model, processing times may vary during high-volume periods. You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TÉXAS Paris is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls under this category, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
TÉXAS Paris is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
